Water Management for Non-Agricultural Purposes in Urban Areas

A virtual training course was held under the title "Water Management for Non-Agricultural Purposes in Urban Areas" with the participation of 24 African trainees who were nominated by the Secretariat of the African Ministers of Water Council AMCOW from the countries (Democratic Congo - Tanzania - Tunisia - Benin - Cameroon - Gambia - Zambia), In addition to 50 trainees from Egypt from the ministries of (irrigation, environment, housing and electricity), which are organized in cooperation between the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation and the Italian University of Turin, as of May 2, 2023 for a period of 5 weeks.

This training course comes within the framework of Egypt's endeavor to support African countries, enhance cooperation with them and raise the capacities of African trainees in the field of water, especially during Egypt's presidency of the African Ministers of Water AMCOW in its current sessions for the years 2023 and 2024.
