Towards the end of the 13th meeting of the AMCOW_GA, H.E. Prof. @Hani
Sewilam, Minister of Water Resources & Irrigation, along with the #African #water ministers visited the HQ of the #Regional Training Center for Water Resources & Irrigation.

All excellencies attended the #inauguration of the #Pan African Center for #Water and #Climate Adaptation, which was developed under the International Initiative for Adaptation for Water Action and Resilience (#AWARe).

Prof. Sewilam indicated in his speech that one of the ways to implement #AWARe initiative, which #Egypt launched in #COP27, includes work on #capacity-building in the field of #water, as Egypt dedicated the #PAN African Center for this purpose.

In addition, Prof. Sewilam emphasized #Egypt's endeavor to support #African countries, enhance #cooperation with them and raise the capacities of #African trainees in the field of #water, especially during Egypt's of #AMCOW.
